Shift Bristol: Mapped Organisation's Evolution and Developed Advisory Board

Shift Bristol was undergoing a transfer of leadership due to ill health with one of its co-founders. Following a TreeMapping of the organisation’s potential, Shift Bristol was able to identify key avenues to develop the organisation and help realise and evolve its founding vision. It was also able to identify key organisational structures necessary for the organisation to grow and developed a seasonal advisory board.

Net Zero Scotland Community: Delivered a Two Week Hybrid Conference in Support of COP26 for SMEs

Net Zero Scotland Community wanted to create a ‘Future Series’ event to support SMEs on their journey to Net Zero during COP26. Funded by The Alef Trust, we held ran 33 different sessions, with 2 in-person events, one of which was part of the Scottish Government’s official COP26 programme, and 1 post COP26 event. Over the course of the two weeks, 769 people registered to attend the ‘Future Series’.

2021

Elf-Strength of the Earth: Developed an Earth Connected Process for Virtual Settings

Funded by the Conscious Community Project (CCP) which is run by Alef Trust, this project enabled Earthself to demonstrate how to create a connection to Earth in virtual settings. 176 people from 16 countries took part in 11 online sessions, which created a significant shift in the participant's relationship with Earth. The name for this project came from our Founding Director's Granny, who was the star of this project's short film.

ELCAP: Aligned with 6 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS)

ELCAP recognised the value of aligning the work of their organisation with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) but hadn’t taken action to start developing a strategy around this. After exploring the SDGs, ELCAP committed to 6 of the 17 global goals to help drive sustainable development within their organisation and created a strategy around how to achieve this.

TreeSisters: Delivered Online Programme & Increased Reforestation Funding by 300%

TreeSisters is a UK registered social change and reforestation charity that places tropical forest restoration into everyone's hands. Through partnering with Earthself's Founding Director, TreeSisters was able to evolve their business model by offering online courses to their audience and increase their reforestation funding by 300% in one year.
