NatureProcess Coach Training
Coaching is changing. NatureProcess Coach Training is designed for those who believe coaching must evolve beyond the purely human-centred model, and into a practice rooted in real relationship with Earth.
This programme is one expression of Earth Intelligence — Earthself’s approach to developing practitioners, organisations and communities that learn from, align with and contribute to the intelligence that has sustained life on Earth for 4.5 billion years. Within this, the EarthConnected philosophy is our coaching-specific application: recognising our relationship with Earth as core to how we listen, relate and support development.
What makes this training distinct
EarthConnected Philosophy — the foundation:
We are part of Earth. Earth’s rhythms, boundaries and patterns shape how people think, feel, act and relate — this interdependence is the grounded context for meaningful growth.
Sensory awareness is the gateway. We build a real relationship with Earth through embodied, sensory experience — accessing clarity that thinking alone can’t provide.
Systemic factors shape relationships and growth. Human, Family, Community, Team and Organisation systems shape the choices available to us — and effective coaching works with these, not around them.
Ethical clarity anchors safe, competent practice. Working with embodied experience and Earth systems raises the bar for ethical practice — holding the coach, the client and Earth itself as stakeholders.

- Earth is recognised as a primary stakeholder in our governance
- A portion of every training investment supports land-based restoration
- The methodology is evidence-based, informed by and contributing to published research on Earth connection, fully integrated into the training
- The learning environment is intentionally neuro-inclusive
- The training is built on the ICF Core Competencies, with ethical practice at its core
Payment Terms
NatureProcess Coach Training
USD $9,900* / GBP £7,800 full payment or **$350/£275 deposit plus $955/£752.50 per month for 10 months
A percentage of your investment goes towards helping Earthself to develop one of Scotland’s first community food forests
*Full payment due before programme start date
**Payment plan begins on 1st business day of the month in which your enrolled programme starts
Certification is awarded upon full programme completion and payment

Master Transformational Coaching with the NatureProcess
We offer 105 hours of neuro-inclusive coach training, designed to develop associate-level coaching skills using the NatureProcess methodology.

Becoming a Certified NatureProcess Coach is not just about gaining a qualification — it’s about developing the foundations to thrive as a coach in a way that aligns with who you are.

Unlike traditional nature-based coaching, the NatureProcess is a coaching methodology that works in any environment.
- Coaching outdoors is a privilege – Not all clients can safely access nature, and coaching with NatureProcess should be available to all.
- Nature is intelligence, not location – This training ensures you can coach with NatureProcess in any setting—virtual or in-person.
- Master coaching first, then apply the NatureProcess – This training develops professional coaching mastery, ensuring you work with the NatureProcess rather than depend on nature as a setting.

How does the training work?
Our entire program is delivered online in English ensuring you develop the skills to coach with Earth’s intelligence in any setting – virtual or in-person.
