Our Guiding Principles
Ethical Practice & Professional Standards
We are committed to upholding the highest standards of professional conduct in all of our coaching, training, and organisational work. As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach education provider, we align with the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies, ensuring integrity, professionalism, and safeguarding within our practice.
We are also committed to trauma-informed and neuro-inclusive ways of working, recognising the diverse ways people process, experience, and engage in growth and change.
Alongside this, we hold our EARTHLY Guiding Principles, which recognise that Earth’s intelligence can guide how we act, relate, and make decisions within how we coach and how we do business.
EARTHLY Guiding Principles
Our guiding principles are grounded in what it means to be truly EARTHLY — rooted in Earth’s intelligence and focused on action that creates systemic impact.
According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, ‘earthly’ means:
1a: Characteristic of or belonging to this Earth
1b: Relating to the human race’s actual life on this Earth
2: Possible
This definition aligns directly with our approach: taking action grounded in Earth’s intelligence to create what’s possible.
