At Earthself, we've expanded the International Coaching Federation's (ICF) definition of coaching to reflect our commitment to working as part of nature.
What does it mean to coach on behalf of Earth?
It's about recognising the interconnectedness that exists between humans and Earth, recognising for Earth to flourish, humanity must also flourish.
The root of successfully coaching as nature
As a coach, you can only take your clients as deep as you have gone yourself into a relationship with Earth.
