L2 EarthConnected Coach Training: Coach on Behalf of Earth
Our approach is based on working with hundreds of leaders in business who consciously or unconsciously put Earth at the heart of business.
It develops an experiential understanding of the interconnectedness that exists between humans and Earth while offering tangible actions steps and data to support the development of their business.
You gain the confidence needed to coach on behalf of Earth and embed a reciprocal relationship with Earth into all aspects of your clients’ lives and businesses while they create the impact they long to make.
Payment Terms
L2 Certified EarthConnected Coach Training
Full Programme £10,900* GBP full payment or **£250 deposit plus £887.50 per month for 12 months
*Full payment due before programme start date
**Payment plan begins on 1st business day of the month in which your enrolled programme starts and your deposit is non-refundable.
Completion certificates are only issued after full payment is received.
Course Dates
TBC: We are currently focused on delivering the L1 NatureProcess Coach Training, which forms the first part of this programme.

Do you want to learn how to coach on behalf of Earth?
We offer 175 hours of coach training to become a Certified EarthConnected Coach over two years (105 hours in L1 and 70 hours in L2).
Delivered over 12 months, our L1 programme is the foundation of coaching on behalf of Earth and consists of:
- Essential Coaching Skills
- Coaching with the NatureProcess
- Transformative Coaching Skills
- Mentor Coaching
- Observed Coaching
- Coaching Evaluation
To coach of behalf of Earth, the L2 programme is delivered over nine months and consists of:
- EarthConnected Coaching in Practice
- Creating an EarthConnected Coaching Practice
- Coaching with Earth’s Systems
Why do you focus on coaching on behalf of Earth?
In order to live in harmony with Earth, we need to change the way we interact and engage with each other and the Earth itself. Coaching is the most powerful tool to achieve this.
Sustainability without a connection to Earth results in the same old “business as usual” practices where humanity and Earth are sacrificed for profit.
As businesses, we can be one of the most effective advocates for the type of Earth we want to live in. We can help create an economic system that benefits humanity and Earth.
Who is this for?
This L2 coach training works best for those committed to deepening their relationship with Earth and who want to be advocates for an Earth where all its human and non-human inhabitants thrive.
You are committed to helping others move from our current way of thinking into one where life is revered and Earth acknowledged as the key stakeholder in all that we do.
To do this programme, you need to have completed our L1 certified NatureProcess Coach Training Programme (or have completed an alternative reputable coach training programme equivalent to an ICF Level 1 coach training plus our NatureProcess Coach Training CPD) to undertake the EarthConnected Coach Training programme.
Also, you also need to have an existing client base and have coached for a minimum of 100 hours.
How does the training work?
Our entire program is delivered online in English to continue to help you understand how to coach as nature and on behalf of Earth in virtual spaces.
Training continues to be delivered in small groups with a maximum of 8 participants to ensure a safe environment and powerful experience with continual trainer feedback on your coaching skills.
Participants are also required to develop their own EarthConnected individual and coaching practice through the programme and document their experience as they do.
